Dr. Navazo identified a need in the community for in-home medical services and founded this practice, in 1997, in order to provide medical care to those who can not easily visit a Doctor’s office for medical attention and care.
Dr. Luis Navazo serves as the Medical Director for Mobile Doctor Medical Clinic also know as the Rancho Santa Fe Medical Group. Dr. Navazo brings over twenty years experience as a medical Doctor to the practice and continues to provide patient care as the senior physician of the group. Dr. Navazo is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and has received post-graduate medical education training at the University of California at Davis/San Francisco.
Dr. Navazo is certified both as a Wound Specialist and as a Medical Director for long term care, and contributes his efforts as an esteemed consultant for many North County long term care facilities. Dr. Navazo is committed to continued medical education, is a member of a myriad of professional societies, and stays abreast of cutting edge technologies and advances in wound care. Dr. Navazo is a physician devoted to the practice of quality medical care.
Reginald (Reggie)
Back Office Lead / Lab Coordinator
Hello, I’m Reggie. I was hired in May of 2014 after graduating from Kaplan University here in North San Diego County and completing my Medical Assistant externship with Mobile Doctor. After spending years in the retail sector, it was time for me to move in a new direction. I was interested in both the culinary arts and the medical field, and ultimately decided to be a part of the healthcare industry; instead of feeding the bellies of patrons, I help feed the souls of our patients. Cooking up culinary delights is still a huge passion of mine and will always be a treasured hobby, and I strive to bring that passion to my work as well. Over the last decade, I have enjoyed my time working with patients, vendors, and the rest of the staff, my work family. During my time here, I’ve taken on the roles of Office Administrator, H.R., Lab Coordinator, and most recently Back Office Lead. I look forward to seeing what else is in store for my future at Mobile Doctor and continuing my service with our team and the community.

Hello, my name is Celina! I am currently the Practice Administrator for Mobile Doctor Medical Clinic. I am responsible for supervising all staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the revenue cycle and payer contracts, and helping to oversee the security procedures that guard the private information of the business and its patients. I have been with the company for 10+ years and have had the opportunity to ascend in position from being hired on as medical records. I chose this career field because I enjoy helping others! In my free time I enjoy relaxing and going out with my family.

Radiology / X-ray Technologist
I’m Arlindo Cruz; I am from the Philippines. Before coming here, I worked in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Libya. I decided to visit the U.S.A. in search of greener pastures. I came here on a tourist visa, and decided to make this my home. I’m an X-ray technologist, also called a radiologist or Rad Tech. I use medical imaging equipment to precure images of soft tissue, organs, and bones. I met my now ex-wife in a nursing home where she worked, we fell in love, and have a wonderful daughter. I love spending time with my daughter, and traveling to the Philippines.
